For school and club teams

Run your team's season from one place.

Lineups, match day, results, staff and a team page families actually open. Score live at the table or from the paper sheet — it lands everywhere it should.

14-day free trial, then $500 for your first year. Introductory price for the 2026–27 season. Renews at $800/year.
A team's public page: season totals across the top, the live dual and upcoming events on the left, recent results, featured wrestlers and team news on the right.
A team's public page on a phone: the live dual happening now, the next event, and the season's latest final results, all readable without an account.

Match day

Match day without the scramble.

Everything the table needs is ready before the first whistle.
  • Build the lineup weight by weight on the lineup grid.
  • Weigh-ins recorded at the desk, with over-weight wrestlers flagged against your season's allowances.
  • A private control board only your signed-in staff can operate.
  • A match clock that survives a refresh or a dropped connection.
  • A read-only TV display for the gym screen.
The lineup grid on a phone: two team rosters paired weight by weight, every row a bout waiting to be created on the mat.

Results

Results that publish themselves.

Score live and the result is already published. Score on paper and it takes minutes.
  • Paper sheet entry: one row per weight, same lineup as last dual in one tap, a photo of the sheet attached.
  • League duals go to the league, where the other team can confirm or dispute them.
  • Non-league duals and outside tournament placements go straight to your team page.
The paper score sheet in full detail on a laptop: weight, both wrestlers, result, winner and each side's score per bout, with the dual's running team score above them.
Entering a paper score sheet on a phone: pick the winner, tap the result type, and the bout is recorded without ever starting the clock.

Staff

Your staff, your permissions.

Give each coach and volunteer the access their job needs, and nothing more.

Roles that fit the room

Owners and admins run the workspace; operators and scorekeepers run the table.

Staff seats

Staff seats for owner, admin, coach and scorekeeper, and staff on an active workspace get ScoreOps Plus on their own accounts.

72-hour volunteer links

A parent at the table for one event gets a link that expires on its own — no account, no password to reset.

Team page

A team page worth sharing.

Your schedule, roster, results and news on a public page that updates from the results you record. Families follow the team or a wrestler in the ScoreOps app.
  • Schedule, roster, results, news and wrestler records.
  • You choose whether the roster is public, for signed-in visitors or hidden.
  • Dates of birth are never collected or shown.

Formats

Every format you wrestle.

Duals

Lineups and team scores

League or non-league, live or from the sheet.
Tri-quads

Several duals, one event

Scheduled together, scored as separate duals.
Scrimmages

Multi-team meets

Record the bouts you wrestle, with or without the clock.
Tournaments

Host or attend

Run brackets and mats, or record your placements from someone else's.

Switching

Already using something else?

You do not have to choose on the first day of the season. ScoreOps does not connect to TrackWrestling or USA Bracketing, and it does not have to: whatever your league asks you to file elsewhere, your own match days, your team page and your non-league results can live here from now on.

Comes across

Your roster, as a CSV

First name, last name, grade, and athlete or guardian email if you keep them — up to 500 wrestlers at a time, and you see what will be created before anything is.
Comes across

Duals you already wrestled

If your league is on ScoreOps, a CSV of bouts — one row each — becomes draft score sheets grouped by date, opponent and level. You check each against the paper and submit it.
Does not

Brackets and weigh-in history

Brackets built in another system, and weigh-in or certification history, do not transfer — and an imported result never counts as a certified weigh-in.

The usual way in: run your next home dual on ScoreOps, keep filing whatever your league asks for elsewhere, and enter the same result here from the sheet afterwards. It takes a few minutes, and your page, your wrestlers' records and the families following them all update from it.

Questions

Before you sign up.

Do we need to be in a league to use ScoreOps?

No. A team workspace stands on its own: roster, schedule, scoring, results and your public team page. If your league also runs on ScoreOps you can connect to it from your workspace, and league duals then count toward its standings.

Can we import our roster?

Yes. Upload a CSV of your wrestlers instead of typing them in, then adjust anyone individually.

Our league uses TrackWrestling. Can we still use ScoreOps?

Yes. Run your own match days, team page and non-league results in ScoreOps. Non-league duals and outside tournaments can be recorded for your page without affecting any league standings.

What if we score on paper?

Keep the paper. Enter the sheet afterwards — one row per weight, with the option to reuse the last lineup and attach a photo — and it publishes like any other result.

How does the free trial work?

Every team workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during it, and the roster, schedule and results you set up are kept when you subscribe.

What happens when the year is up?

Workspaces are billed annually and renew automatically until you cancel. The introductory first-year price applies to subscriptions started by 2027-08-31; after the first year the price is $800 per year.

Do we pay more for more wrestlers?

No. Athletes are never charged for and never counted — one price covers the whole roster, however many wrestlers you carry, and however many duals and tournaments you run.

How many coaches can we give access to?

Invite the people who run it as staff — owners, admins, operators and scorekeepers — with no per-seat charge. A parent at the table for one event does not need a seat: give them a 72-hour access link instead.

Set up in an afternoon. Ready by your first dual.
