For leagues

Your league office, finally in one place.

Season rules, teams and rosters, the schedule, standings and a public league page — kept in step by the results your teams record, live or on paper.

14-day free trial, then $500 for your first year. Introductory price for the 2026–27 season. Renews at $800/year.
One league season on two screens: the public standings table on a laptop, and a bout being entered from a paper score sheet on a phone at the mat side.

The classes your league wrestles, and the order bouts are run in.

Team scoring

Team points for a decision, major, tech fall and pin.

Eligibility

Certification, weight allowances and roster rules — advisory or blocking.

Teams & rosters

Approve teams and rosters.

Teams join from their own workspace. You decide who is in.
  • Invite member teams and review requests to join.
  • Review and approve each team's roster for the season.
  • Late roster additions can require your approval.
  • Allow an off-roster wrestler into one dual without changing the roster — and it is logged.
The public dual-meet page: the running team score, the bout on the mat marked live, finished bouts with their winners and methods, and the rest of the card still to wrestle.

Standings

Standings you don't calculate.

Standings are built from the league's recorded duals. Nobody keeps a spreadsheet.
  • Teams record duals live at the table or from the paper sheet.
  • The other team confirms or disputes a paper result; you review what is in question.
  • Corrections flow through to the standings on their own.
Public league standings for an eight-team season: dual record, win percentage, bout record, and team points for and against, ranked from first to last.

Public league page

A public page for the whole league.

Families, coaches and local press find everything in one place, and families can follow the league in the ScoreOps app.

  • Schedule, standings, teams, wrestlers and results.
  • An archive of past seasons.
  • Lock a season when it is done so nothing changes, then archive it.

Youth data

Youth data stays private.

No dates of birth

Not collected, and refused on every public page.

Weigh-ins and eligibility

Kept behind signed-in, role-checked servers — never on a public page.

Audit trail

Approvals, roster exceptions, season changes and result corrections are logged, and league admins read and export them in Activity.

Switching

Already on something else?

ScoreOps does not read from TrackWrestling or USA Bracketing, and it does not pretend to. Its standings are built from the duals recorded in ScoreOps — nothing else — which is exactly why they can be trusted. So the question is not how to migrate a database; it is how much of your season you want to move first.

Comes across

Rosters, per team

Each team uploads its own wrestlers as a CSV — name, grade and emails if they keep them — and you approve what arrives.
Comes across

A season already wrestled

A CSV of bouts, one row each, becomes draft score sheets grouped by date, opponent and level. Teams submit them, you approve them, and the standings build themselves.
Does not

Brackets and certification history

Brackets from another system and weigh-in or certification history do not transfer, and nothing imported counts as a certified weigh-in.

Most leagues start with one level. Run varsity on ScoreOps for a season while everything else stays where it is: the teams record their duals live or from the paper sheet, and by February you have a standings table nobody had to add up.

Questions

Before you start a season.

How does the free trial work?

A league workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during it, and the season rules, teams and rosters you set up are kept when you subscribe.

What happens when the year is up?

Workspaces are billed annually and renew automatically until you cancel. The introductory first-year price applies to subscriptions started by 2027-08-31; after the first year the price is $800 per year.

Do our teams each need their own ScoreOps workspace?

A team workspace is how a team runs its own match days, roster, staff and public page, and it is the usual arrangement. It is not a wall, though: a league admin can enter a result for a dual from the league office, and a wrestler on a team that is not on ScoreOps yet can be entered by name. If you are working out how it should be arranged for your league, email support@score-ops.com.

Do we pay per athlete, per team or per dual?

None of those. A league workspace is one annual price, whatever the season contains — every team, every wrestler, every dual, tri-quad and league tournament. Each team pays for its own workspace separately.

How many people in the league office can have access?

Invite the league office as staff — owners, admins, operators and scorekeepers — with no per-seat charge. Someone helping at one event does not need a seat: a 72-hour access link covers them and then expires on its own.

Can a team in our league also run meets that are not ours?

Yes. Non-league duals and placements from somebody else's tournament are recorded on the team's own page and carry no league or season, so no league table can count them.

Start a trial and set up the season yourself, or have us walk you and your teams through it.
