Existing subscribers keep the price they signed up at. Workspaces are billed annually and renew until cancelled.

How does the free trial work?
Every team and league workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial, and everything you set up — roster, schedule, results — is kept when you subscribe.
What happens when the year is up?
Workspaces are billed annually and renew automatically until you cancel. The introductory first-year price applies to subscriptions started by 2027-08-31; after the first year the price is $800 per year.
Do we pay per athlete?
No. Athletes are never charged for and never counted. One price covers the whole roster, however many wrestlers you carry.
How many staff can we have?
Each workspace includes staff seats for owners, admins, operators and scorekeepers. A table volunteer who only needs one event can use a 72-hour access link instead of a seat.
We are a league. Do our teams need their own workspace?
A league workspace runs the season: rules, approvals, schedule and standings. Teams use their own workspace to run their match days, roster and team page. If you are working out how that should be arranged for your league, email support@score-ops.com and we will help you plan it.
Is there anything for families?
Yes, and following is free. Families follow wrestlers, teams and leagues in the ScoreOps app; ScoreOps Plus is an optional upgrade for on-deck and live alerts, point-by-point scoring, season analytics and career history.
