Setup

Set up in minutes.

Bracket formats

Single elimination up to 64 with wrestlebacks to 8th, a pool where everyone wrestles everyone, pools that feed a bracket, or best 2 of 3.

Consolation

None, a third-place bout, or wrestlebacks through sixth place. Empty seeds become byes.

Mats

Add and name as many mats as the gym has, and reorder them.

Weigh-ins

Record weights at the desk and print the sheet when you are done.
  • Enter each wrestler's weight as they step off the scale.
  • Over-weight wrestlers are flagged against the class plus any allowance.
  • Print the weigh-in sheet for the head table.
  • Weights stay private — they never appear on a public page.

Before your next event.

Do we need a separate account to run a tournament?

No. Tournaments are run from a team or league workspace, so if you already have one you already have this. If you do not, a workspace starts with a 14-day free trial — long enough to build a practice bracket and run your event.

What happens when the year is up?

Workspaces are billed annually and renew automatically until you cancel. The introductory first-year price applies to subscriptions started by 2027-08-31; after the first year the price is $800 per year.

Do we pay per entrant or per event?

No. One annual price covers the workspace, whatever it runs — every wrestler, every dual and every tournament in the season. Entrants are never counted or charged for.

How big can a bracket be?

Single elimination takes up to 64 entrants, with wrestlebacks placing to 4th, 6th or 8th, repechage, or a single 3rd-place bout, rounding the field up to the next power of two and giving the byes to the top seeds. A pool, where everyone wrestles everyone, takes up to 8. Pools that feed a bracket take between 2 and 8 pools of two to six wrestlers, with one or two advancing out of each.

Do our table volunteers need accounts?

No. Give each table a link instead. It lasts 72 hours and then the server refuses it, it can be revoked earlier, and at a tournament it can be limited to a single mat so a volunteer can only record results on theirs.

Can we still run the event if the wifi fails?

Print before the day starts. Brackets, bout sheets per mat, mat assignment sheets with room to write the winner and score by hand, and the weigh-in sheets all print without any app chrome, and results can be entered afterwards without ever starting a clock.
