Brackets built in another system, and weigh-in or certification history, do not transfer — and an imported result never counts as a certified weigh-in.

The usual way in: run your next home dual on ScoreOps, keep filing whatever your league asks for elsewhere, and enter the same result here from the sheet afterwards. It takes a few minutes, and your page, your wrestlers' records and the families following them all update from it.

Before you sign up.

Do we need to be in a league to use ScoreOps?

No. A team workspace stands on its own: roster, schedule, scoring, results and your public team page. If your league also runs on ScoreOps you can connect to it from your workspace, and league duals then count toward its standings.

Can we import our roster?

Yes. Upload a CSV of your wrestlers instead of typing them in, then adjust anyone individually.

Our league uses TrackWrestling. Can we still use ScoreOps?

Yes. Run your own match days, team page and non-league results in ScoreOps. Non-league duals and outside tournaments can be recorded for your page without affecting any league standings.

What if we score on paper?

Keep the paper. Enter the sheet afterwards — one row per weight, with the option to reuse the last lineup and attach a photo — and it publishes like any other result.

How does the free trial work?

Every team workspace starts with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during it, and the roster, schedule and results you set up are kept when you subscribe.

What happens when the year is up?

Workspaces are billed annually and renew automatically until you cancel. The introductory first-year price applies to subscriptions started by 2027-08-31; after the first year the price is $800 per year.

Do we pay more for more wrestlers?

No. Athletes are never charged for and never counted — one price covers the whole roster, however many wrestlers you carry, and however many duals and tournaments you run.

How many coaches can we give access to?

Invite the people who run it as staff — owners, admins, operators and scorekeepers — with no per-seat charge. A parent at the table for one event does not need a seat: give them a 72-hour access link instead.
