Privacy Policy

Last updated May 25, 2026. This page is a practical production placeholder and should be reviewed by counsel before broad public launch.

What ScoreOps Collects

ScoreOps may collect account details, organization or league membership data, public scoring data, follows, athlete claim requests, RSVP choices, notification preferences, billing status, and basic analytics needed to operate the service.

Youth Athlete Data

Wrestling often involves minors. ScoreOps is designed to keep sensitive league operations data server-controlled, limit public athlete profile details, and let programs or leagues review family claim requests before using them for access decisions.

Location And Notifications

If a visitor chooses location-based filtering, ScoreOps uses that signal to prioritize nearby wrestling content. Fan notification preferences control whether alerts are kept in-app or also sent by email.

Payments

ScoreOps uses Stripe for subscription checkout, billing status, and customer portal management. ScoreOps does not store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

Data Choices

Fans and organization users should be able to update alert preferences, manage subscriptions, and request help with account, athlete claim, or data deletion questions.

Contact ScoreOps support for privacy, account, or data requests. Add a dedicated support email before launch.
