Enter results from a paper score sheet
Report a dual your team scored on paper so it counts in league standings, even when the other team isn't on ScoreOps.
Before you start
Use a score sheet when a league dual was scored on paper or on another app. It becomes a real dual meet: both teams get the result, standings count it, and families see it on both team pages.
Fill in the sheet
- 1Open Submit results in your team workspace (league admins: Results, then Enter a result).
- 2Choose the season, your opponent, the date and the level (varsity or JV).
- 3For each weight, pick your wrestler and theirs. If the other team has no roster here, choose Type a name. A typed name becomes an unclaimed wrestler the team can claim or merge later.
- 4Choose the winner and how they won: decision, major, tech fall, fall (with the time), forfeit, default, injury default or disqualification. Use No wrestler for an empty side, Double forfeit when neither team had a wrestler, and No contest when a bout shouldn't count.
- 5Mark any extra bouts as exhibition. They show on wrestler records but never add team points.
- 6Add team point deductions if the officials took any, then submit.
What happens next
- 1The league reviews the sheet. If nobody approves or returns it within 48 hours, it publishes on its own.
- 2The other team can confirm the result or dispute it. A disputed sheet waits for the league.
- 3If the same dual was already reported or scored live, ScoreOps shows you the existing record instead of making a second one.
- 4Once approved, the dual, both teams' standings, and wrestler records update together.
Mistakes and closed seasons
Returned sheets can be edited and resubmitted. After approval, request a correction; the corrected sheet replaces the original dual.
When the league locks or archives a season, results in it can't be submitted or changed until the league reopens it.
