Review and approve league rosters
Approve each team's roster or return it with a reason, and change an approved roster during the season.
Review a submitted roster
- 1Open Rosters. Rosters waiting for you are under To review.
- 2Choose Review on the team's roster. It shows what changed since the last approved one, and any eligibility problems.
- 3Choose Approve to make it official, or Return with a note saying exactly what to fix.
- 4A returned roster comes back under To review once the team submits it again. The approved roster stays official until you approve the new one.
Change an approved roster
- 1Open the team's roster on Rosters (Review or View), and find League changes.
- 2Add a wrestler late adds someone from the team's own roster after the deadline, with a reason. They're approved at once.
- 3Withdraw approval puts the roster back in your review queue; nobody on it is approved until you approve it again.
- 4In a wrestler's ⋯, Move to JV (or Move to Varsity) moves them to the other level's roster, approved there at once.
- 5In a wrestler's ⋯, Take off the roster takes them off with a reason. They can't wrestle for the team in league meets from then; past results stay.
Eligibility
Rosters › Eligibility lists every wrestler with an age, grade or residency problem. Allow exception records a league decision with a note, and Clear takes it back. Don't create a second wrestler to get around a warning.
