See who is coming and take attendance
Families say whether they are coming; you confirm who turned up, even offline.
Families answer first
- 1Put practices and meets on the schedule with Add a date. Choose Team families or Everyone under Who can see this, so families can see the date.
- 2Families answer Going, Can't go or Not sure for their wrestler in the ScoreOps app.
Take the register
- 1On Schedule & results, choose Attendance on the date.
- 2The register opens on what families said: Going starts as Here and Can't go as Excused, so you mostly confirm a list.
- 3Mark anyone else Here, Late, Absent or Excused.
- 4Choose Save register. Nothing is saved before you do.
No signal in the gym
If the connection drops, the register is kept on your device and sent when you are back online. The page says Waiting to send while it holds it.
Across the season
Roster has an Attendance view that shows every wrestler against every date, and Export CSV downloads it.
