Set up a program for the season
Prepare the workspace, active season, roster, staff, and public profile before the first meet.
Before you start
Use the workspace switcher to confirm that you are managing the intended program. Owners and admins can complete setup; scorekeepers have intentionally narrower access.
Complete setup
- 1Open the program dashboard and confirm the active season.
- 2Complete the public profile and verify whether it should be visible to fans.
- 3Add or import wrestlers and correct duplicate or missing records.
- 4Connect to the correct league when applicable.
- 5Invite coaches and table workers with the least access they need.
- 6Open Practice from Getting Started and finalize a rehearsal bout.
Ready state
The dashboard should report no critical setup blockers. A practice result must never appear in public records or league standings.
